Loved that we picked a smaller shop and not a chain one. Todd was always there to answer my millions of questions, but he always responded quickly. From ordering, to tailoring,to having them ready on time was so precise and done in a timely manner. Todd made everything go so smoothly. Thank you for all your help! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Even though i walked in last minute, they took very good care to patiently help me find exactly what i needed. Even though there were other customers being helped at the same time, i felt i was attended to patiently and professionally. I didn't even know this store was an option to stuffy tux rental places pushing people through quickly and spending so much more money.

Top notch experience getting a suit for my teenage son.

Amazing service! Went in about 10 minutes before close and they still helped me get a suit set up. Ended up leaving 15 minutes after close while they were helping another customer with a pickup order, still providing service even after closing time. Nicest people and knowledgable about style and fitting. Will definitely go there again the next time I need to dress up for anything.

Stopped in today to buy a new suit, shirt, shoes, belt etc. and from the moment I stepped in the door I had the best experience. I was instantly greeted by the most helpful JL employee who was willing to hear my needs and compliment them with suggestions of his own expertise. I was able to find everything I wanted and the entire process took no longer than an hour. I highly recommend!

I spent 2 hours at another unnamed store to walk out upset at the pricing and sizing of suits.I googled stores and this one got my eye right I stopped in within 20 mins I was fully dressed out in a steamed shirt- A well fitting suit and will be back for just overall shopping amazing customer service from everyone! Great place!!! I was trying to find suits for my wedding and everywhere I looked was gonna be like five or six hundred. Came here and found good quality for a much better price! They were very accommodating and great to work with!! Would highly recommend checking it out anytime you have a wedding or just need a good suit!!!

As an anxious shopper I could not have felt more comfortable while shopping here. I came in because I needed some clothes for a wedding, I was measured and helped to find exactly what I needed. I usually would have said thank you and ran out of there but because I felt comfortable I asked for help finding some shirts and shorts I could use to go out in on the weekends. I am very grateful for the help I received, I now have some comfortable and good looking clothes and I feel better about myself already. So much so that I’m writing this review which I hardly ever do. I would have given 6 stars but 5 was the maximum.

Todd did a wonderful job working with my husband (Ben) and I for our wedding. He knew exactly what we were looking for and also kept it at a reasonable price for our whole bridal party. I would highly recommend buying here if you are looking for a quality suit at a great price. I went to a bunch of other stores looking for a suit and they either had no selection or were way too expensive but then I found Jason Louis. One of the associates greeted me immediately and helped me find a suit that fit me perfectly. When he rang it all up there was a 40% off sale so I got a wonderful suit at a great price. 10/10 would recommend!

Great guys that ask great questions to help you find the right style & fit. They helped me pick a jacket color that was WAY out of my comfort zone but one that has gotten me countless # of compliments.

I have been consistently impressed by the service at Jason Louis. Personnel know their products and work to learn their customers. On my first visit I came into the store looking a bit shabby for such an establishment and was still well-treated, this directly impacted my decision to shop there and continue doing so. Products sold are of high quality and sufficient variation in price and style is present to serve any customer who would typically seek to shop at this sort of establishment.

Nate was amazing. I had decided it was time to buy a suit that wasn't "off the rack" for the first time. Nate made me feel at ease. Helped me pick out the suit that was just perfect for my needs, and made sure it was tailored to look the best. I was extremely impressed and I will be back.

I am not a "regularly" sized man. The selection or clothes as well as the array of sizes, cuts and fabrics make shopping here easy. I purchased a GREAT pair of slacks for my Wedding, the night before, and they were still able to accommodate hemming them for me by the next morning. Great service on top of incredible products. Can't beat it. I'll absolutely be going back.

We had a great experience here finding a suit for my husband for a special dinner at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. They were super knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to give us great customer service. We went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for but they were able to put together a great look for our special occasion. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The staff was very accommodating, attentive to detail, and made the process of buying wedding suits simple start to finish. We had a group of 12 guys fitted for suits at Jason Louis and the staff worked diligently to have us all fitted for the suits in a timely manner. The suits are great quality and fit well!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this store. We had our guys buy suits because it was cheaper and then they got to keep them. There was some confusion on our groomsmen part and the owner cleared it up right away and assured us he was there for us. He went above and beyond for some of our groomsmen to be sure they looked their best in their suits. I HIGHLY recommend them. I think a wedding my husband is in will be going with them and he will have another suit to own for only $40 more than renting one.

Thank you for having pants that fit a bigger guy! Not to mention the last minute hemming of the length.
